Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, uncut, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. The following items are non-returnable:
- Film that has been cut, unrolled, or installed
- Tools that have been used
- Custom-cut or special-order items
- Final sale or clearance items
How to Start a Return Contact us at info@313tint.com to request a return before sending anything back. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted. If your return is approved, we will provide a prepaid return label for tool returns. For film products, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Once approved, we'll send instructions on how and where to send your package.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately at info@313tint.com if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and, once the return is accepted, place a new order.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, contact us at info@313tint.com.
