Processing Time Orders are processed Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST. Orders placed within this window are typically shipped same day. Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST or on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Rates & Free Shipping
- Free shipping on tool orders over $99
- Free shipping on film orders over $500
- All other orders are charged shipping at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination
Carriers We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS. The carrier is selected based on your location and order type. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Estimated Delivery Times We ship within the carrier's stated delivery timeframe, but delivery dates are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Address Accuracy You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please review your address carefully before placing your order. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify or redirect the delivery address. Detroit Tint Studio is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Transfer of Responsibility Once an order has been picked up by the carrier and a tracking number has been issued, the package is in the carrier's possession and responsibility transfers to the carrier. Detroit Tint Studio is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or missing after being handed off to the carrier. This includes packages that are confirmed delivered by the carrier but reported as stolen or missing from the delivery location.
Delivery & Non-Receipt Claims If tracking confirms a package has been delivered to the address provided at checkout, Detroit Tint Studio is not responsible for non-receipt. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. For packages showing no movement or confirmed lost in transit, contact us at info@313tint.com and we will work with the carrier on your behalf. In theft situations, we recommend filing a police report, as this may be required by the carrier to process a claim.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged, contact us immediately at info@313tint.com. Please retain all original packaging as it may be required for a carrier claim. For full details on how damaged shipments are handled, see our Refund & Return Policy.

- Film orders ship from fulfillment locations in Las Vegas, NV or Baton Rouge, LA, depending on your delivery address
- Tool orders ship from Detroit Tint Studio in Sterling Heights, MI
