Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations Because we fulfill orders quickly during business hours (Monday – Friday, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM EST), cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order. Contact us immediately at info@313tint.com with your order number and we will do our best to accommodate the request before the order ships.

Once an order has been fulfilled and handed to the carrier, it cannot be cancelled. Our Refund & Return Policy will apply at that point.

Non-Cancellable Orders The following orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances:

• Custom-cut or special-order film
• Orders that have already been fulfilled and handed to the carrier

Refunds on Cancelled Orders If your cancellation is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund.
